WE ABSOLUTELY HATE HAVING TO PUT THIS IN THE LISTING BUT UNFORTUNATELY TO PROTECT OUR BUSINESS WE HAVE NO OPTION. ME AN MY WIFE ARE BOTH AVID OUTDOORS PEOPLE AND WE UNDERSTAND THEY NEED TO GET SOMETHING IN A HURRY UNFORTUNATELY IN TODAY'S RETAIL ENVIRONMENT THINGS DO HAPPEN

Shipping policy & Store Policies

We use USPS for delivery to keep the cost to you as low as possible.  If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we can ship UPS or FedEx for additional cost.  
We have a 3 day handling policy.  Make sure your address is correct prior to payment.  If the item you purchased is shipped back to me by the shipping company (return to sender) for any reason that's due to a false, incorrect, or misleading address, or because they were unable to deliver the package to you for some other reason as a result of your error, you are agreeing that we can deduct a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges we incurred. The remainder of what is left from the purchase price will be refunded to you.


If an item should become 'lost' by the shipping carrier, we will not issue a refund until 15 days AFTER the last scan date by the carrier.  We will first open a missing mail search with USPS, then if not delivered after 5 days, open an insurance claim with USPS.  At that time we will reship or refund your purchase, whichever you choose.  Please note that most First Class and Priority mail shipments arrive in 2 or 3 days, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

 

 

THESE ITEMS ARE FOR SALE IN OUR RETAIL STORE AS WELL AS ONLINE IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED BY A CERTAIN DATE AND TIME JUST MESSAGE US TO MAKE SURE THERE NOT SOLD IN PERSON. WE UPDATE INVENTORY ONCE A WEEK SO NUMBER CAN GET OFF SOME.
